The project was for the design and construction supervision of the Main Entrance icon, Cottages, Marquee area, Beach Food Market, Landscaping and Recreational facilities all of which have been provided for by the space planning of the design.
The design gives a nod to the conventional African roofing forms of “Makuti” which were prominent in the coastal area in which the project is located. The project has used the conventional forms in a more contemporary approach to Beachside Resort style.
